The challenge
Queer Kentucky (QK) is a diverse LGBTQ+-run nonprofit working to bolster and enhance Queer culture and health through storytelling, education, and action, giving visibility to and celebrating LGBTQ+ people in the Bluegrass State. They needed to grow capacity around their Inclusive Workplace partnerships.
What we did
- 01Built fund development strategy for storytelling, education, and action programs
- 02Supported QK's Inclusive Workplace workshops led by trans and non-binary facilitators
- 03Developed corporate partnership pipeline aligned with QK's values
- 04Helped scale operations without compromising the lived-experience anchor of the work
What is true now
QK partners with organizations and businesses on inclusivity efforts that improve the well-being of their employees, with workshops led by people who have experienced firsthand the systemic oppression they empathetically deconstruct.
