Building economic wealth for the Black community across workforce, supply chain, and leadership.

The challenge

GEDDI (Global Economic Diversity Development Initiative) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation focused on building economic wealth for the Black community across workforce opportunities, economic empowerment, supply-chain access, leadership development, and business acceleration. They needed donor confidence in the vetting and impact pipeline.

What we did
  1. 01Built foundation operations and donor confidence systems
  2. 02Developed grant-making vetting process for organizations serving the Black community
  3. 03Established 5-year strategic horizon with measurable impact reporting
  4. 04Coordinated with corporate, community, and family foundation partners
What is true now

Through GEDDI, donors can be assured their gift is going to vetted organizations serving the needs of the Black community.
