The Appalachian Arts Alliance and the ArtStation in Hazard, Kentucky, needed sustained programmatic and fund development support as one of the drivers of downtown Hazard's economic revitalization. Programming reached nearly 8,000 people in 2021 with a goal to reach 10,000 in 2022.
