IDEAS xLab is an artist-run organization based in Louisville and working nationally that champions inclusion and belonging through creativity, art, and action. Named Nonprofit of the Year by the Derby Diversity & Business Summit in 2019, IDEAS xLab's HEAL Community Approach was named an international good practice by UCLG Culture 21.
